This book was an honor, great joy, and a challenge to type up; both an honor and joy because it reflects the great faith I have developed over a short period of time, and an honor because I am spreading the Good News all in one. It was a challenge for me, because this has been a new and exciting experience. As my first book, and LORD willing, much more to come; it will become much more challenging. For the first book that I have written and the conditions that I am in, I have had the opportunity and time to reflect on my life and that of many others in my life and around me. The start of this book began the day past Saint Valentine’s Day, 2012. There are those people, however, who make the challenge much easier, and without further ado, I would like to thank them all.

Thank God, our heavenly Father, for all that he has been doing for me and all that He is working through me. Thanks to my beautiful fiancé, who has been with me every step of the way, and I strongly believe she will continue to do so as well; thank you, amazing woman that I have been blessed with.

Thank you my two beautiful kids, David and Emma, for giving me the strength needed to carry on for the hope of a brighter future. Thank you to my unique mother, Nitza, for always being the best, no matter how things turned out. Thank you to my three brothers, Orlando, Isaac and Matthew; for all the love over the years and being there for me, even though it may have been rough at times.

A special thanks to Mr. Rush; for allowing me the opportunity to start this book. Thank you, Chaplain A. Pagan, for helping me in my spiritual growth. Thank you all; who I have ever told that I love you at some time or the other. Thank you also, to all fellow brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, all around the globe, for your faithfulness and service to our most high God. Thank you, to all others that I am not mentioning at this time, which I have encountered in my path and those that helped make this book become a reality.

Prologue

What are the basics to our everyday life decisions? As spirit and faith are to our path with the Lord of our choice, how has our upbringing and environment transcended our lives? Our upbringing and the environment we are raised in, really does impact our choices. These are questions I ask you, the reader, to ponder, as you read this book from beginning to end. Please do your best to have an open mind, and take all that you read, for the most part, as real life events. As I type this, I would love to express to you how difficult it is to sit here in the basement of a county jail, wearing black and white overalls, with some sewed up sandals on my feet. It has been said to me, that I have a good heart. What do you consider a good heart?

My hopes are that you feel it in your heart, what any person could become when they turn their lives over to the great LORD. What I will do in this book, is come from the heart and what the spirit of the LORD gives me, optimistically hoping to touch your heart and the many great people who have a chance to read this book. I will attempt to keep all that I input as simple as possible for many different audiences to read and understand. I have prayed that the LORD continues to guide me in touching your heart by explaining what it is that He would need for me to let you know, and what you could grasp for your benefit.

One of the things that come to mind is; will I even be able to complete this book? As you read on, praise the Lord that I have been blessed with the completion of this book. Before I completed this, every night I went to bed, with the thought of a possible move to another facility the following day, which was hard for me to explain, because I did not completely understand the process. My hopes are, to cover all that was previously mentioned and so much more; in a later chapter or future manuscript. At the time, I had about three hours or so a session, to cover as much as I possibly could. With that time, I completely was going off the top of my mind and what the spirit led me to type. My main purpose in bringing this book to fruition, is to come from the heart, so that you could feel where I am coming from, where I have been, and where I am headed; with the possibility, that the words that you read here, can help you in your life’s journey to come. LORD willing, you could find guidance in the righteous decision-making of your LORD. The following sentences are going to be standard basis to which I believe will benefit all of mankind, past, present, and in the near future.

There are so many obstacles that we encounter on a daily basis, that we look past as normal in our lives, without thought. Many of us live our lives according to our childhood, whether we are high-class, medium-class, or low-class individuals. We go about life growing up from a child to adulthood in a flash of time. Along our way to adulthood, all of us are taught valuable lessons, according to the lives of those that raised us and their standards of living.

Parents/guardians are the ones who help shape the world’s future; by the way they shape their children’s priorities, values and morals. One of the steps toward shaping children’s lives properly is, for parents or guardians to live morally themselves. I could not put all the fault of a child’s upbringing on parents or guardians alone; children may also develop into the standards of the environment that they are educated, as it is stated, We are all by-products of our environment. It is to my knowledge, that the previous statement is completely true and an understatement to many. As I have learned to implement in my life, as a child we think and act as a child, as adults we should think and act as adults. 1 Corinthians 13:11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. Therefore, my main point in stating this is that, so many people are stuck in childlike thinking as adults, for some cause or another.

With great wondrous guidance from our heavenly Father, I will attempt to enhance the prospect on life’s overwhelming everyday encounters of someone involved in an unusual circumstance like never could be imagined, such as that of what I have become involved with. It is of extreme importance that you, the reader, remain open-minded and bear with the briefs of this prelude. The valuable insights that you will discover in this book, are for you to grasp all the practical information within that suits your life and leave the rest for others. Throughout this book, I would be honored to use Bible verses, to give true meaning to everyday life and show that all that we go through in life; has been experienced many times in previous generations. You have the option to obey God Almighty or disobey Him; my part, I feel, is to lead you to obey, trust, rely, confide, and grow in a relationship with the Lord.

We all have basic standards of living by and that we follow in living happy, joyous, and prosperous lives, for all we believe or live. Or we also have standards of living that are not our fault and have been forced to endure. That is what many of you may at least think you are currently doing. I have come to study and wholeheartedly believe; that the way to live is in the ways and will of our Lord Jesus Christ. I hope not to offend anyone that reads this book and that all enjoy the discoveries that fit in each one of the many lives of the great people across the globe. In John 20:22, the Bible says, He breathed on them and said, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit.’ This has directed me to believe that in order to do God’s work, we need the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit could live within you; by our Lord and Savior’s grace and mercy that He has for you.

I am tempted to mention a little more that is on my mind, to all of you in this prelude; however, I have decided to hold off until a later time and pray that all of you make it far in reading this intended work of, I believe, the Lord Almighty. Please, do not be quick to criticize my beliefs, opinions, and true life experiences that I have encountered in my concise years of living. May our great heavenly Father bless you all in understanding, and enjoy this new found story of a new Christian brother, hallelujah! May all that I have been blessed with to accomplish; be made possible by God’s grace, mercy, and Will for you all. All glory, honor, praise, power, and strength, are lifted up to our great Lord for eternity. Amen and Amen.

How It All Is Situated into Action

One way or the other, every occurrence in life starts from some action, some plan somewhere, on any given day. My hopes are that all is taken commonly as I try to simplify my feelings within this state of mind and heart for all to understand the difficulties of the situations many of the United States citizens and elsewhere could possibly encounter and face in their lifetime. Many atheists and others in the world do not believe in either a higher power or the many injustices that occur in the so many different systems around the globe.

We are full of people in a society that does not believe in that of which is seen or known of, that is, until an experience comes upon them out of thin air. Many people go about living many short-lived lives according to the ways of the world and that of which they become accustomed to in living out their lives with no notice to true life. For instance, I have seen alleged gangsters, college students, addicts of many different addictions, doctors, teachers, coaches, nine-to-five regulars, stars of all kinds, politicians, government officials and so on; all going on with their daily life routines as usual from when all awake to going to work, taking care of their children, encountering other people on a daily basis to doing regular daily activities, with no regard or care for others aside from their own relatives or associates. Most of society never takes into account the lives that become ever so altered in a moment’s notice due to the impact of so many different life circumstances.

The minds of most comprehend what it is that we allow in and put into effect in our lives. Over the past fifteen years or so, I would have to say that is exactly what has happened, to many of the people of whom I have come across over the period of my fifteen years or so thus far; that also goes for myself. As I briefly informed in the preface of this narrative, We are all by-products of our environments or upbringing (paraphrased). As we grow into developing good or bad character traits of adults, we possess the traits that we see or live most of the times with regard to if they are good or bad!

Looking back on the past, I find that it is of extreme value and importance that we learn to break free from the negative/bad ways of our upbringing. I believe that it does not cross our minds to look back on our brief past, which to me is one of the most important characteristics of our lives, that is our past. We should all look back on our past, no matter if it is difficult or smooth. We should observe our life events much more carefully, and remember how things have transpired over the last decades or so, all depends on you the reader.

As many people are looking back on their own lives at this moment, let me help you out by encouraging you how to begin first. When you view the news on the television or read about stories that pertain to the injustices around the world, my simple advice is do not believe much of what is stated, and do not be judgmental on the people involved. For that is for the Lord God Almighty to do and not any of us. However, I do encourage you to think about how you could minimally help out. What publishers let be known to their viewers is that which is beneficial to the people who are involved in the story being told or the ones of whom are the provider of the information given. That is not to say that the stories are not true; however, there are people involved who are everyday norms of this world. It is not in the best interest of the people as a whole to believe the media information or guidance. For when it comes to the best interest of the people, things are altered, which in the long-term, damages lives and more.

Please understand that at the onset of this manuscript, I was in grave danger of
