    Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the amount of information in books, magazines and online that’s dedicated to telling you just how to be happy?

    I know I was, most days in fact.

    You see I spent years searching for that one elusive thing that would finally make me happy. I would buy self help books, courses and attend workshops, all in the hope of discovering the answer.     Everything that I read would tell me that happiness was attainable, but yet I couldn't seem to find it. I felt like I was missing the secret solution, that one ‘thing’ that would finally make me feel happy. So I kept searching and life continued on, exactly the same, with me having moments of feeling semi-happy yet always with an underlying feeling of being fucking miserable.

    Eventually after years of searching, trying new things, falling down and getting back up again, I finally discovered that missing ‘thing’, the secret to finally feeling happy and I want to share it with you!

    I wanted to provide a book that was available to any woman who needed it, without cost being a barrier. Which is why I wrote this mini guide as a starting point to discovering your happiness.
