We have set ways of perceiving ourselves and it may seem impossible to radically change, but if you make a change at a sufficiently deep level, it can change all aspects of your life. So instead of trying to change a specific reaction in a certain situation, it is better to solve the fundamental problem. A method to make this fundamental change is described.
