- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Breezy and informative
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I love the authors' look at these dietary questions and their tone in writing about them. It felt like a conversation with friends and they covered some interesting themes: insides of bagels, blotting pizza, the myth of veggie chips and pasta, among others. I thought this book started stronger than it finished. By the end the authors seemed to have run out of topics to make the 100 (how many vitamin line items do we need) and resorted to some well busted myths. Intermittent fasting isn't going to destroy your body and there's good science behind how it works. Overall, a good, light read.
