Introduction
I want to thank you and congratulate you for downloading the book, Habit Revolution; Getting things Done
.
This book contains proven steps and guides on how to build good habits and maximize your output.
This book explains why habits exist and how they can be changed.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is not an act, but a habit.
How about we define Habit? Habits are the little choices you make and actions you perform each day. A habit is a routine of behavior that is regularly repeated and tends to occur subconsciously. Your life today is the whole of your habits.
Do you battle with procrastination?
Does it require a lot of effort to wake up without hitting the snooze button on your wake up timer? Have you at any point had issues fitting exercise into your schedule? Do you have any bad habits that you frantically need to break, yet continue returning, regardless of how hard you attempt?
Many people battle with negative habits they feel are outside of their control. When they get up in the morning, hey hit the snooze button repeatedly until they finally limp out of bed. They drink excessive coffee and smoke to traverse the day. When they work, they delay until the latest possible time and after that quickly attempt to complete before the due date. When they try to put effort into a new behavior, they can keep it up for up to 14 days, in the long run, it eventually falls off.
These individuals persuade themselves that they don't have enough time to discipline to make healthy habits. Those people with great habits just have favorable circumstances they don't: cash, flexible hours, mentors or guides. For occupied individuals who don't have admittance to these things, building great habits just isn't conceivable. Possibly you've felt that way about yourself.
I comprehend this feeling since I used to feel a similar way. Building healthy habits was incredibly challenging, and cracking bad habits was almost impossible.
This book will introduce you to the science of behavior change. Powerful and straightforward tools for changing habits, and increasing productivity.
Thanks again for downloading this book, I hope you enjoy it!
Chapter 1
How to Change Your Habits (and Your Life)?
What are Habits?
Habits are schedules of behavior that happen outside of conscious mindfulness. Many Habits are useful, in that they help you to deal with your time, and finish vital and routine everyday assignments.
A significant number of people confess to being agitated by annoying habits sooner or later in their life, and many attempts to dispose of them. What numbers of your friends begin the New Year loaded with high aims to kick an annoying habit, and surrender before the end of January? Perhaps this has happened to you as well!
Do you have a habit you might want to take out? Is your habit your servant or your master? Are you mindful that
