     Possessing the mystical Janus Key and lost among a myriad of sexually savage worlds, twins Dirk and Debbie Gudgeon will do anything if only to find their way home. These are the Janus Key Chronicles.

     When we last left our heroes, they had entered a world much like our own ancient Egypt. Upon arrival, the twins quickly figured out that their sexual experiences had been the answer to activating the Key of Janus, but why? In an experiment, Dirk tried to masturbate their way to success, only to find their ploy did not work. They were captured by the local Egyptians who thought they were a spy in their midst, and brought to their leader, Hassor, who turned out to be a sphinx! Dirk and Hassor battled in a riddle contest with Debbie’s life as the stake. Dirk won the riddle contest, but Hassor called him a cheat, and demanded the archaeologist please him sexually in order to save his sister’s life. Dirk did so, and Debbie was saved. After the frightening and amazing sexual experience, Dirk and Debbie touched the Key at the same time, and activated it, taking them away from their potential slavery as the sphinx’s toys.

Chapter One

When Debbie grabbed the Key, the world went red as it had before. Relief washed through her as she felt the vortex grab the both of them and her body change, adapting itself for the next world. Maybe this time we’ll get a breather, she thought to herself, unable to move or speak while the transition happened. This going from place to place, situation to situation, was driving her crazy.

When the red faded, she noticed first she was sitting… in a chair.... a modern chair, more or less. The second was that there were people around her, not just one person which would have more than likely been her twin brother Dirk, but a lot of people, almost a whole room full. Debbie blinked in astonishment, and looked around, counting heads. Including herself, thirteen people were present. Everyone sat around a large circular table, holding hands. Lightning flashed outside, and thunder crashed almost immediately afterwards. The wind outside began howling, and the rain spattered against the huge bay windows almost directly behind her. The candles which lit the room flickered with the gust of wind, indicating how drafty this house was. As she took in her surroundings, other people jumped at the suddenness of the thunder, and then gave uneasy laughter, chattering about how much that had scared them.

The room seemed to be a large dining or living room. The wood of the walls looked old, almost ancient, and paintings of people Debbie didn’t know hung on the walls. She guessed she was in a large house somewhere--maybe a manor house, though she had only read about those in British novels and smutty romance books. When she directed her attention to the people, the first thing which leaped out at her was a leisure suit… an honest-to-gosh leisure suit. Am I… in the 70’s? she wondered. She glanced down at herself. From the edges of her sight, she could tell she was blond with long, straight hair. She was dressed in a simple black dress, but her jewelry was all large bangles and gaudy rings, one of which was a mood ring. The others were dressed similarly, some fancier than others, and almost all of the men sported the porn-stache Ron Jeremy and the 70’s had made famous.
