Foreword
Prepared to be challenged if you have business aspirations and seek insight into the perplexing inevitable hurdles to be discovered and overcome. Liberty and freedom is achievable via the entrepreneurial pursuit in spite of improbable odds once the mind quieted in pragmatism. The world is yet to escape the effects of the 2009 financial derivative debacle and many prognosticators suggest that our monetary system remains unsound. Political division further exacerbates the business climate which seeks solace. It is no time to be indebted. It is a time for personal growth in every domain as a protection against future financial shock. I encourage you to reduce risk exposure by deploying full accountability for your life. Use this succinct coffee time guide to keep you focused on your business task at hand. This guide will be sprinkled with mind related tips to improve your business attitude at the micro level. I won’t give you ego. I won’t lecture from a pulpit and nor will I inflame you with condescending righteousness. However; I will definitely speak the truth.

Here are some practical tests to determine if your fitness and health need to become a preoccupation.
You have high cholesterol. LDL is the bad cholesterol and optimally should be under 100 mg/DL.
Your body mass index (bmi) is outside the optimal range of 18.5 and 24.9.
You encounter shortness of breath for menial daily activities.
You get less than 30 minutes of aerobic activity four times per week.
Your blood ph level is less than 6.8. Optimally, you should be around 7.2.
Your blood sugar level is more that 7.0 mmol/L.
Some of us have acute health symptoms that may prevent us from actualizing ideal readings. Take an inventory of your musculo-skeletal system and determine if there is anything that necessarily will hold you back from making a commitment to
