    I dedicate this book to my 4 amazing children – Halli, Marny, Joey and Shelbi. They always invited me to be a parent volunteer at their schools throughout elementary and high school to teach gym! They were never embarrassed by it, and they thought it was cool that their mom could relate to their friends, teach them interesting facts, and was even stronger than their peers! Always being happy participants themselves in my group classes, and asking for advice on training their bodies.
