When gold medal-winning heptathlete Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill retired from competing, she set herself a new goal: helping other women reach their personal best physically, mentally and hormonally.

It led to her setting up the menstrual-cycle mapping app Jennis, which shows users how to work out and reach their fitness goals in harmony with their hormones.
