In the climactic conclusion of 'The Guardian Angels' YA series, this fifth and final episode follows Danny and Lizzie on their ultimate mission for qualification. In 'The Fire Angels,' a mesmerizing fantasy novel, readers are transported to a meticulously crafted world brimming with magic, intrigue, and awe-inspiring landscapes. The author's vivid descriptions and careful attention to detail instantly draw readers into the realms of celestial beings and elemental powers."

In literature, characters with supernatural powers have always been intriguing to readers. Whether they are capable of telekinesis or have the ability to control fire, their presence adds an exciting element to any storyline. These characters are often portrayed as both powerful and vulnerable, making them all the more relatable to readers.

Characters are well-written and the plot is mind-blowing. Cover of book is something I haven't seen in long time. Cover is true justice to the storyline.

Kudos to author for such amazing series ?

    Highly recommended!!

The Fire Angels - Julie Day

Wow! I love being able to fly high like this! I swooped joyously around the room at almost ceiling height.

Yeah, it's great, Danny said.

I lowered myself, fluttering my wings slightly. Something was wrong. The air in the classroom had gone quiet. Oops! I was about to land on Danny. Move out of the way, Danny! I called.

He did, just in time.

When I reached the floor, I glanced at him. He was sniffing the air. What's wrong?

Smell it, he said.

I sniffed and then coughed. Smoke! Where's it coming from? The school's not on fire, is it?

No, they don't have fires in Heaven.

Danny's right. A familiar voice boomed into the room. But on Earth they do.

The screen appeared, showing Jerry's face, his expression serious. Whatever was happening down there couldn't be good.

I felt my face heat up then, and not because of anything I'd done. It felt like was it on fire. Heavens! Were we able to sense and feel what was happening on Earth now? Amazing! But not so good if bad things were going on.

Jerry, what's happening? Danny smells smoke and I feel heat, like I'm on fire, I said.

You really want to know? Jerry asked.

Danny glanced at me and raised an eyebrow.

Yes, if it's to do with our next test, I said.

Be prepared, you two. You won't like what you see. I didn't. Ready?

Jerry's face vanished, to be replaced by a scene of fire and destruction, zooming in on the action.  What the...? I nearly said the other H word. What had got into these guys? Buildings were being set on fire or destroyed by thugs smashing into the shops and looting the shelves, destroying not only their own lives but those of the people who owned or worked in these places. One thought came into my mind. If someone was to get in there...

Exactly, Jerry said.

The image of destruction was replaced by Jerry’s face. I breathed a sigh of relief.

What the hell was all that about? Danny said.

You may well ask, Jerry replied. Boredom. Young people have nowhere to go to let off steam, no luck with finding jobs, so they have decided to vent their frustrations on the public.

How did it start? I asked.

With one of these.

A picture of a mobile appeared on the screen, moving in closer and closer until I could read the text message clearly: 'Fun times here.'

Call that fun, I thought.

Exactly, Jerry said.

Would you please stop reading my mind! I told him.

Sorry. It's what I feel, too.

I gather it's our next test.

Yes, and it will be your final one. This is the big one, Danny, Lizzie. This one will determine whether you'll graduate with flying colours or not.

No pressure then, Danny said.

So it all began with a text, I said.

Yes, and that one is still doing the rounds.

You mean more teenagers are joining in?

Yes. I've spotted two gangs waiting to go there. If they do this, with a criminal record they have even less chance of getting jobs. Want to see them?

Oh yes, I said.

OK, Lizzie. I should warn you, you'll be shocked at who you'll see.

I didn't like the sound of that. Was I going
