    ? A Trouble Shared (Geraldine's Gems Book 3)

    AUTHOR- Julie Day
    PUBLISHER- Smashwords; 1st edition (25 December 2012)
    GENRE- Fiction

Harry Chambers, a devoted workaholic with an unyielding pursuit of perfection. Unfortunately, these very traits leave him overwhelmed during what should be a joyous time of year—Christmas. Harry is determined to complete the office's directory before the looming deadline, but his efforts seem to be in vain. However, a timely intervention from his aunt Geraldine changes everything. She imparts a simple yet profound piece of wisdom: "A trouble shared is a trouble halved." With these words echoing in his mind, Harry comes to a realization—he doesn't have to face his challenges alone.

Enter Carol, a colleague who has been quietly observing Harry's struggle. Recognizing his need for assistance, she steps forward to lend a helping hand. With Carol's guidance, Harry becomes more organized and finds himself making progress on the directory day by day. As Carol continues to support him, Harry discovers something unexpected—he falls deeply in love with her. Through their shared experiences and collaboration, he realizes the truth behind the adage "A trouble shared." Indeed, when burdens are divided and shared with others, they become lighter and more manageable.

In this heartwarming tale, Harry's workaholic tendencies and perfectionism become catalysts for personal growth and the blossoming of a beautiful relationship. As he embraces the concept of teamwork and reaches out for support, Harry not only achieves his goals but also discovers the transformative power of connection and companionship. The journey teaches him that the burdens we carry are lessened when we allow others into our lives, leading to a brighter and more fulfilled existence.

Characters are the driving force behind any story, and those were well-developed and multi-dimensional and connected with readers on a deeper level. Plot was great and kept me engaged from start to end. By carefully choosing her words and crafting sentences that flow easily, authors created a seamless reading experience that kept the audience engaged.

    Must recommended series!!
