The Prologue – Are You Suffering?
There are people in this world who are unable to control their anger. These people have short tempers and are easily angered. The problem is that many people with short tempers do not want to admit this fact. Instead, they blame the situation instead of taking responsibility for their anger.
Symptoms Of Anger
Anger can be expressed aggressively or passively. Generally when people think about expressing anger, they think about yelling, screaming, or shouting. Perhaps they might mention stubbornness as a sign of anger too, but actually humans only show these actions a small amount of time. There are other signs that can also be expressions or signs of pent up anger.
Aggressive Anger:
Aggressive anger is usually easier to identify than passive anger. The normal symptoms of aggressive anger are: bullying, shouting, destroying objects, harming animals, driving recklessly, being verbally and physically aggressive, using foul language, blaming others, giving unjust punishments, using illogical arguments, using alcohol or drugs.
Passive Anger:
Passive anger is difficult to identify however the feelings are same as in aggressive anger. Passive anger is expressed differently than aggressive anger. The usual symptoms of passive anger are: apathy, showing a lack of concern for everything, over-dieting, perfectionism, an obsessive dependency over things, emotional blackmailing, gossiping, back stabbing, and withholding resources.
People usually do not recognize behaviors which are signs of passive anger in others or
