INTRODUCTION
God made you on purpose for a purpose. He has something for you to do in this world that no one else can do as best as you can do it, that’s why he took time to create you and immediately He looked at you and He said this good. Many a times we live our life for others, it’s time you took your eyes of others and look upon god, it’s time to stop listening to others and listen to Gods’ intended word for you. Follow his unique plan for.
I believe when we go to heaven many of us will miss the golden crowns because we did good but not in the right way God wanted us to do it, so instead of golden crowns we will receive wooden crowns:
Two men a priest and a taxi driver went to heaven, at the entrance to eternal glory and where the awarding and crowning ceremony was stood Abraham and Peter. So all men and women who had made it to heaven had to pass by that gate so as to be crowned and awarded for their work here on earth.
The taxi driver came first, am sure in his heart he didn’t expect much, but when he stepped on the podium near the gate, Abraham placed a golden crown on his head whereas Peter handed him a golden staff. Am not all sure but I believe that was one of the best gifts. Mr. Taxi driver bowed and went in.
Next stepped the priest and Abraham placed a wooden crown on his head while peter handed him wooden staff, the priest stood in awe and shock. He asked the two noble men, How comes Mr. Taxi driver got golden awards while I get wooden ones
. Peter answered him, When the taxi driver drove his taxi his passengers were busy praying that God may save them and that they reach their destination safe, but when you preached your summons the congregation was busy asleep
.
We all have different purposes, gifts and talents, discover your today and start working
