Obesity, a Cure?

About this ebook
How I managed to shed 28 pounds and regained my sanity, and my health, my lifelong journey of discovery of what caused me to become physically and mentally extremely ill, and to gain too much weight.
This book contains part of my life story charting from my birth, through my schooling, and my employment, describing how i slowly became more incapacitated as each year passed, and how through an ironic set of circumstances discovered that i had an easily cured health problem, of which i suspect that I'm not the only person suffering from, and if I'm correct it may point a way for others to do the same, lose weight and regain your sanity!

My Story
I was born on General Election night, Thursday the 8th October 1959, in a detached house on Grange Road, in Longford, Coventry, England.
I was a little bit of a sickly child, before I'd even hit my 1st birthday I had to spend an extended period of time in hospital suffering from a nasty bout of Gastro Enteritis.
Despite being a largish baby, from a very early age I was painfully thin and sickly, at age 6 1/2 my parents sold our house in Coventry, and we prepared to move to a new home some 90 miles away in Cambridgeshire, unfortunately, whilst all of the preparation for our relocation was underway I contracted Mumps and Tonsillitis simultaneously.
