Snowboarding has been both a sport and family bonding activity.
My son and I got to learn how to snowboard together. We spent the day laughing, falling, and getting soaking wet from spending much of the day on the ground. We learned together and progressed. We spent countless hours together, which is priceless as a parent.
As a coach in many aspects of life I ended up teach several people how to snowboard. The joy of seeing someone’s face come to life filled with joy at their own accomplishment is amazing. I had the opportunity to teach my daughter and my wife how to snowboard.
We are a family of boarders. This book is an outpouring of the time spent with them. With their support I have been able to enjoy spending time on the slopes, and longing to find better ways to get in shape for snowboarding.
Carved - The Snowboard Workout Program is the result of my research and experience through the years on how to get ready for the season.
