I like that Adele and Sophie are getting past their history.i don’t like that she is brushing off John.And the story with her mother’s killer is getting to long winded

Life for Adel Sharp after the loss of her mentor in the hands of the Spade Killer was very hard, and she was struggling with anxiety. She should have taken time off with her father, leaving both France and Germany. But Inted she took on another job, tracking another killer. This time, she worked with her formal supervisor agent, Sophie Paige. They did not get alone until the older agent had to learn that Adele Sharp is dog with bone when she working and she was able to find the killer. Also, save the next victim.

This was not my favourite in the series. The battle between Adele and the murderer in the victim’s apartment was not well done imo. She is increasing hesitant to use her gun, bordering on clumsy for a highly trained agent. Sometimes, Asa reader, I am saying”Get on with it!” Please, let her get her mother’s murderer soon!
