I have not found a book to date by Blake Pierce that I don't like. However having said that the readers for his audio books speak so slowly that is is agonizing. I am not a slow reader so it feels like pulling teeth. I just wish she could speed up just a bit.

Well, this case was interesting, and a killer that was able to kill from one country to another. Tracking his victims waiting until they are by themselves without any hope of getting away. From the old farmer to the wine sommeliers whose job was in vineyard. After, which, he left the two countries and went back home to the United States. He adopted and killed another woman. This time, he was not very careful. He ended up implicating his own family member, willing to throw him under the bus so he gets what he was looking for, which after life.
Adele, on the other hand, was giving a case when her mentor was sick and taken to the hospital. She was called and was told that it is bad and he might not make it. She was able to complete her work, got back home, and went to see her mentor in the hospital.
Now she has a message about her mother's killer back to her place leaving her message.

Very detailed description. I liked the motive the way the caught the murderer and the ending
