This is for the audio version. I felt like I had time traveled to the 1980s Harlequin romance - the British version. Maybe it was the narrator but this story was so wooden and simplistic. This is the first book I’ve listened to by this author and it’ll probably be the last. BTW, Christmas really didn’t play an integral part to the story.
