About this audiobook
I should be focusing on my game–not on falling for my gorgeous, grumpy roommate… especially since she’s already left me once.
Sebastian
It’s my final season to prove myself before the MLB Draft. The last thing I need is a distraction–and especially not one as tantalizing as Mia di Angelo.
She’s the drop-dead gorgeous astrophysicist-in-training who ditched me the moment I wanted to take us from casual to committed. Yeah. Ouch. But when she needs somewhere to stay for the summer… well. I offer her my place.
Being roommates shouldn’t be so hard. Not distracting at all. Not the least bit challenging…
Mia
I have two goals this summer: get into a study abroad program, and get over golden baseball god Sebastian Miller-Callahan.
Doesn’t mean it’s easy to stop thinking about him, but he deserves better than a prickly, career-focused girl like me. Our futures can’t be more different. The last thing I need is to play roommates with the only man who can set my body ablaze.
And all the feelings I’ve tried to pretend I never had? They come rushing back far too strong for either of us to ignore.
Stealing Home is a spicy new adult sports romance with reverse grumpy-sunshine, forced proximity/roommates, dual POV, and a guaranteed HEA. It is the third in a series of linked, yet standalone, novels in the Beyond the Play series.

Reviews for Stealing Home

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5⭐️⭐️✨?️?️?️ Unfortunately this series just hasn’t been my cup of tea.
* This book is my favorite of the 3 but having said that, I was bored. For me it was just a bland story with some spice thrown in. The FMC &MMC were my favorite of the series. They seemed more realistic &relatable &less immature than the other books.
* The writing was fine. It had your typical breakup for no reason to ensue drama. The spice was good aside from the fact that they used every cliche phrase or trigger word during it. I could see this book being used on reels/TikToks with just a quote &feeling the need to read it because of that.
* The narration was the best out of the 3 books I’m the series but it still was just ok. There was a little emotion heard in the voices. Or idk if it was just ok because I’m extremely turned off of the series from books 1 &2.
* I can see why the Goodreads ratings on all the books are around 3.5⭐️. I’m glad others have really enjoyed this series!
* 2.5⭐️ rounded up to 3⭐️.
Themes:
* College romance
* Baseball romance
* Friends with benefits
* Reverse grumpy sunshine - Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5No. This just represents everything wrong with the modern world. It tries to represent every social cause and actually comes off incredibly elitist. A little bit of that is bearable but when it becomes the whole book, every second line it’s just not interesting at all.
