Leah Brunner

Leah Brunner is an Amazon Top 50 best-selling author of sweet (but sexy) romance. She loves writing explosive chemistry and relatable characters who will make you laugh (and possibly cry). Although she's a Kansas girl at heart, she's a proud Air Force spouse and currently lives in Ohio with her husband and three children.

I really love this book. The characters were mature, and there wasn’t an abnormal amount of drama, which is so present in this genre.

So simplistic and saccharine I may barf in my mouth a little. I can handle a sweet romance with little substance, but this one tried for substance (in the form of trauma from childhood abandonment) and treated it like a quick Q&A from a Google search. Sorry, girl. PTSD from childhood abandonment and violent anger can’t be cured by a month of therapy and falling in love.
