{Malik & Anna}: TRIGGERS: P.O.W., war, loss, torture, PTSD. OMG, I loved this story so much. It was really dark at times but the story was beautiful in a way. Malik and Anna's husband are on a mission with the rest of their team but Malik is captured and held prisoner for a long time and Anna is now a widow with a new baby. When Malik returns home he notices Anna and there's a real connection between them and it feels wrong. It was so hot, so sweet, and heartbreaking all at the same time. I couldn't get enough.

Anna & Malik bond over mutual stress from a mission gone wrong. But they are 2 insightful and reflective people and navigate through the land mines of not letting the past consume them surprisingly well. Unlike previously in Hacker, this is their story and doesn’t revolve around the mission or have a lot of interaction with the rest of the Jameson crew.
This is a low angst story more about reconciliation and finding inner peace, and the value of honest communication
