- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Pretty good breakdown of the diet, although a bit overly preachy with the sleep and primitive eating stuff. Quite repetitive as well. Could have been about half as long but the athlete-focus stuff was novel compared to much of the discussion I've seen of keto.
