About this audiobook
"Most people over-analyze and conquer any aspect of their lives, whether it's their careers, relationships, lack of fulfilment or a constant stream of tension. In a healthy life all of these challenges seem unavoidable, and if you look around, people seem to have accepted that life and anxiety and depression will always be associated, even in the best-case scenarios.
Forming good habits such as meditation, mindfulness, meaningful relationships, and adequate sleep will bring you to a position where the negative habits that contribute to overthinking will fall away. From unhealthy relationships to a cluttered living space, eliminating the things that keep you off will give way to a whole new you, prepared to face the challenges of life with a mind full of positive thoughts and concrete goals. It is my hope that you will come to know your full potential by working every day to develop better habits without feeling like overthinking cannot be removed from our life. You may retake control!
There are lots of books on the market on this topic, thank you again for choosing this one! Every effort has been made to ensure that it is as full of useful detail as possible, please enjoy!"

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5An empath is a person who is naturally endowed with an overabundance of empathy. As I understand the term, a “natural empath” (my term, not Orloff’s) is an individual who is naturally endowed from birth or genetically “loaded” with a deep and extensive empathy, a hypersensitivity to the experiences of others.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Bought this for my girlfriend. She is finding her way and this is now her bible. So refreshing to get help and advice from Judith. Lovely to come across someone like Judith. She appears a profiteering soul like so many in this area. Written from her experiences. non-judgmental, but she is no fool and will not tolerate attention seekers.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is a new journey for me. I've discovered that there are different types of Empaths, some resonate with me, others don't, but that's OK! There is a Facebook support group which is well recommended to join as you are able to contact like-minded people!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Brilliant book! I have just become aware that I am an Empath and this book is clearly written to help me understand the person that I am and it has some very good strategies about dealing with everyday life which I am finding very helpful.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is a bible for empaths. I always knew I was an empath but I never really understood what that meant until I read this book. Pure inspiration.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I found my entire family and a lot of my friends in here. I learned why certain things never worked out, why I ended up sick and how I can fix most of that and get well. I’m already healing. There was a bit of a grieving process but so many aha moments. Judith has a lovely way of sharing her own experience , both personally and professionally.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This explains my constant cravings to be alone in nature and why I seem to bond so deeply with my animal companions. They get sick when I do and are energetic when I am. It also explains why even though I like people and want to spend time with them, I get overwhelmed at
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It's amazing! After listening this I now understand several things about myself and my mother that we didn't get before.
