Cute story with heat and werewolves!

This is the first book I’ve read by Cynthia St. Aubin and I really enjoyed it. It’s also the first audiobook I’ve listened to by Stella Hunter but I swear she must also perform under a different name because her voice sounded so familiar.

The story was really cute with a few scenes that were pretty hot. Hanna is recently divorced and out of money. She exaggerates her work history and snags her dream job working in an art gallery. Women, who her new boss was last seen with, start turning up dead. They look like they’ve been attacked by a wild animal.

The detective on the case thinks Hanna’s boss is the bad guy and wants Hanna’s help to find evidence. He also has a thing for Hanna and they get u to sexy shenanigans. Things get weirder and weirder and Hanna ends up fleeing with her three cats.

This book has a bit of a cliffhanger ending and the story was compelling enough that I started listening to the next one right away.

Just a warning - this book makes you want to immediately start the next book.

Hanna is hilarious. I love her inner monologue. She has a great imagination especially when it comes to describing her boss, Mark.

You get some answers in this book. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
