I have read 90% of Carolyn Brown's Books and this novel along with a few other new ones do not feel like her work.
This is a book of second chances as two former classmates bound by a Summer love affair struggle with. One Summer will change their paths in life. A rollercoaster of events thrust these former !overs back into each other's lives. Will they be able to forgive the heartbreak of the last and have a future? I could not stop listening to this audiobook. I wanted to know what happens next, and next.... I took off a star for narration. The narrator did a great female voice but, the man's voice she had is AWFUL! She made him sound uneducated and a backwoods hick. A bad narrator can make me stop listening to a wonderful book.
