About this audiobook
ADHD is a condition in the brain many people are somewhat familiar with.
However, when it comes to the specifics, the majority of us are still left in the dark. The main essence of ADHD is missing when people just think that you’re hyperactive and unfocused. There is way more to it. And not only is so much more to say about the causes of ADHD, but about the consequences as well.
For example, people with ADHD are more prone to addictions or suicide. There is medication for ADHD, but there are also other methods that can help contain the symptoms of the disorder. Moreover, people with ADHD can have specific strengths, too, that other people are lacking.
For all these reasons and more, the author of this book has decided to address some of these issues and give you a better grasp of what ADHD is, where it comes from, and what it means in someone’s everyday life.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I am giving this specific manual 5 stars since I really loved it. Both the storyteller and the writer put some legitimate effort into this. I benefitted from this audiobook. It was really an eye-opener. I was wanting to discover more about this issue anyway, so it was actually no coincidence that I came across this book. I listened to it, and not to my surprise, it was exactly what I was searching for.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Hi there, I simply intended to publish a few sentences of endorsement. This particular audiobook has plenty of excellent information. At first, I was questioning where it was going, but after tuning in to it for a while, I got into it. Then I saw this specific book for what it really was: A fantastic endeavor by an educated writer and expert narrator.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Without a doubt, one of the greatest books within this area of interest. I guess the first couple of sections were my favorite ones, since the whole principle that the subtitle talks about, is explained. All of the essentials are there. Later on in the book, more depth gets added, and I think this is what makes it so good. I am trying to mention something bad about this book, but I can't. It's simply too good. So without more exaggeration, I simply believe everyone needs to consider listening to it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I was interested in this idea, so I got this book. The storyteller's voice was relaxing. Did I already mention that it sounded really professional? Well, it did. Without a doubt, and that's the reason that I liked listening to it so much. The ideas from the author made a lot of sense to me. I agreed with everything, and that's one more reason why I am so ecstatic about this book. The author did not arbitrarily choose little bits and pieces of bad advice, but rather, sorted out the claims enough.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I was fascinated by this theme, so I picked up this book. This audio book needs to be offered an accolade. That's just how good it is. I discovered a lot just by soaking all of it up. The info was excellent, particularly if you already understand a little about the subject. In fact, you might know nothing at all about it and still follow along easily.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I urge you (or even everyone who reads this) to get this book. I loved it. It's so great that my dog gave it 5 stars as well. Let me think for a sec ... how should I say this? It was professional, simple, and understandable. With that being said, yup, I do highly endorse this. No doubt about it.
