- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Straightforward material that teaches assertive communication. It does not handle much of the personal psychology behind it. It's more focused on interpersonal methods which work and don't work
The examples given are in a loud male voice which shocked me at first. I liked the example of standing up for yourself as a consumer. I could relate to that - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Extremely valuable information!! Got to be assertive almost immediately. Long time coming
