Every one of the strategies provided in this book comes from her wealth of experience. Thanks to this, she has taught and motivated many to live a guilt-free, healthy, and happier life. “The purpose of this book is to propagate as far as possible the idea that taking care of ourselves and regaining control of our lives is possible and attainable through some simple but effective steps.” Rachel Manson

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I don’t normally leave reviews, but as an audiobook, this was unbearable to listen to. The narrator sounded like a computer generated voice. The inflection and intonation were so off that it distracted me from the content of the book. As for the content, from what I could follow, it felt very basic.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The narration is really distracting. The reading style is odd and makes it torturous to listen to. Too bad because it might be an ok book but good grief I couldn’t even understand what was being said with the….constant….pauses don’t you…know? Ack!
