An interesting summary of the original book. I wanted to jumpstart my understanding of the concepts and this helped a lot. However, I really need to read the book for myself to get the most from it. I think that the exercises should really help too.

They took the meat of the matter from the book to provide to us. There is no reason for anyone who needs this information not to obtain it based on the 1 hour listening time. Very informative and eye opening for me. I now know why certain men are drawn to me and I need to work on my “avoidance” characteristics if I ever decide to get into a long committed relationship.
