Sometimes I coach you to have your back when someone is upset with you over something you've done. And sometimes, like today, I coach you on how to apologize and truly mean it when you've treated someone you care about in a way you're not proud of. But we dive deeper than just the apology, we go into the act of repairing any damage caused. In todays episode I share several examples recently where I had to repair relationships with people I love because of how I acted. Yes, its important to look at if we need to have our own back and hold space for others to be upset with us when we don’t feel we’ve done anything wrong. BUT, it is equally as important to know how to deeply apologize and repair, so that the people we love, value and care about feel seen, heard and loved by us.
