She’s a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. But she’s also been completely burnt out & she’s written a book about it. It’s called The Wonder Within - it explains the physical effects of burnout & some simple things we can all be doing to recover.
