This time Nadia is joined by Amandip Kaur Jheeta, Delivery Director, Banking Sector at NTT Data. In this episode, Amandip tells her story, as a seasoned IT professional and a woman in tech for over 15 years, with a wide range of skills and experience. Amandip recalls her great passion for IT but also the challenges she faced in her early career, and how she pulled through and how she constantly asks, ‘Am I good enough?’ She also gives an insight into how she’s doing her bit to build up female colleagues in different organisations and be an inspiration for her three daughters. It’s heart-warming and refreshing to hear the story of a woman who often considered herself to be the token female in the past, and how she followed her aspirations to become a role model to other women in tech.
