Jon talks with Chris Paquette, CEO of DeepIntent, about how to start a company. Chris Paquette is Chief Executive Officer of DeepIntent, a marketing technology company he co-founded on the principle that digital media can influence positive health outcomes. MarketMatch™, the company’s healthcare technology platform, currently supports 20 major pharmaceutical companies and dozens of media agencies to advertise more than 200 healthcare brands. Paquette co-founded DeepIntent in 2016, leveraging his multifaceted technical, scientific, and entrepreneurial expertise to help develop cutting-edge marketing technology solutions for healthcare marketers. He has led the company to achieve 3x annual revenue growth and quadruple employee headcount across its New York, California, and India offices. Prior to DeepIntent, Paquette was a Data Scientist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he developed systems that leveraged machine learning and artificial intelligence to improve patient experiences and outcomes. Outside of the office, Chris is an avid traveler and enjoys the outdoors; some of his favorite hikes were in Southeast Asia, and he recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
