Brendan Lynch has focused his career on redefining what’s possible. He is an innovator and brings his strategic and operational experience to his work. He has a track record of successfully starting, growing, and operating new ventures and divisions for Fortune 1,000 companies. For the last 8 years, he has brought his enthusiasm and leadership to VCA Animal Hospitals. He is currently the VP of Innovation where he pioneers new ways of doing business for clients, patients, Associates, and for the future of veterinary medicine.



Prior to joining VCA, Lynch has diverse entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial experience ranging from starting and selling a global action sports film distribution company to launching multiple digital businesses for Procter & Gamble. Additionally, Lynch has launched the digital division for a leading veterinary communications and analytics company and headed marketing for a venture capital-funded online pet services start-up. 



He enjoys exploring the world with his family, capturing life’s moments through photography, searching for the perfect wave, carving new paths through nature’s snowy terrain, and seeking new adventures that involve being surrounded by nature.
