Jacob used to weigh over 400lbs and came to the realization that he was killing himself with food. He knew he had to make a change.   Making sure he had accountability from friends and peers was a big step and then shifting his priorities towards his health changed everything. He talks about how everyone has 24 hours in the day. It's never that you don't have time to do something, it's that it wasn't as high of a priority for you. It's about figuring out what you want, setting your priorities, and then being diligent to devise a plan to make it happen.   Jacob is on the journey to be his most fit self by the age of 40, and that continues to push him day in and day out.
