I work construction, 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week with Sunday’s off. What is the best way to maintain strength, should I do bodyweight stuff during the week, and do a SBD session on Sunday? Is it possible to maintain or even gain strength with this schedule?  What are your thoughts on changing exercises every mesocycle? Is that too frequently or does it depend on your goal?   You guys talk about effort a lot, do you think certain exercises get sandbagged more than others?
