Description

After working with clients for many years, I have come to the realization that we are notoriously bad eyewitnesses to our own experiences. We are great at telling stories about our experiences, our past, and our traumas, but unfortunately they aren't always true. This can hinder our transformation because without a clear understanding of our experience, it is hard to heal. We can spend time tapping on issues that feel big and important, only to find out that they have nothing to do with the root cause of the issue at hand. In this week's podcast I share a phrase that will make it easier to get accurate information about your own experience and speed the healing process. You can use this phrase when tapping on your own and when working with clients. You can even use the phrase in a normal conversation when helping out a friend. Support the podcast!
