Description

One of the very first ideas I was introduced to when I was learning the basics of tapping was something called a "tailender". Tailenders are the little (or big) pieces of resistance that speak up when we are tapping. For example I could tap on the phrase "I am going to lose 25 lbs to start the year." The moment I finish saying that phrase, my subconscious mind speaks up with "No you are not. You failed before and you are going to fail again!" It is a tailender because it is something that is said on the tailend of us saying something else. I have come to realize in my own tapping practice and also working with clients that these tailenders are actually the key to deep lasting transformation. This week in the podcast we do a deep dive into what tailenders are, why they exist, and how we can use them to facilitate a more powerful healing process. Support the podcast!
