Description

I have spent a lot of time thinking about what it means to live an authentic life. One of the ways I would describe this sensation is being comfortable in my own skin. And when I say I don't just mean comfortable as in not in pain, but comfortable in a way of luxuriating in something I was made for. It is much like a beautifully made pair of leather shoes that have been broken in to fit us perfectly. In 2022 one of the presenters at the Eden Energy Fest was describing their work and said "When I am helping others I feel beautiful!" Ever since hearing that phrase it continues to rattle around in my head. It is perfect. Today in the podcast I talk about how I used that idea to create a simple, but powerful tapping tool.
