If we don’t support those hormonal changes & what our body truly needs it can cause PMS symptoms & imbalances.Once progesterone comes into the mix after ovulation it acts as a muscle relaxer so it also relaxes the contractions in our intestines so they are not as easily able to move things through.This is why people can feel constipated leading up to that.While raw foods are amazing & full of nutrients & enzymes they are harder to digest.
