I have to say I agree with him, but I'm equally certain we will upset a lot of HR people in the process.Then it's on to compliance - whether it's regulatory compliance, ethical compliance, statutory compliance, or one of the thousands of industry compliance standards, they are all important to a business' ability to operate, and neglecting these areas can have significant consequences in M&A. Robert And Toby offer their thoughts before we offer Daniel Levy's thoughts from his pre-recorded session earlier this month. Whichever way you look at it, compliance is one of those everyday M&A topics that should be almost automatic, but it's sometimes missed.
