One of the best yet complicated relationships we experience in life can often be with our in-laws. And while we want to love them, we can find ourselves struggling not to get annoyed or frustrated at them. Despite knowing that only makes things more complicated for everyone.

Look for what they offer you. Not what they don’t offer you.  
Pay attention to the way they meet your spouse’s needs in the way your family does not.  
Communicate what needs to be said but start with your spouse.
