They're the one that knows how to do it but there's a lot of reasons why somebody might not be a good fit for your company moving forward and it's the worst feeling to know that they're not a good culture fit. They could be bringing the rest of the company down, or they're just not doing their job in other aspects, but they're the only person that knows how to do something.
