Description
EPISODE 59 - Clark, Hyung, and John discuss their hobby wish list (ie. what they'd like to see improve in the hobby) while collectors are all facing this bear market. Some of the suggestions include implementing AI technology for all grading companies for better accuracy and to speed up the grading process; Less focus on flipping and investing, and more from a collector standpoint; Retail prices to go down and have more collectors coming into the hobby.
Then they play Buy/Sell/Hold where each of them given a list of 3 players decides who they would rather buy, sell, or hold at this current time. Here are the lists debated on this week's show: Klay Thompson/Jaylen Brown/Jordan Poole; Joe Burrow/Justin Herbert/Trevor Lawrence; Shohei Ohtani/Vladimir Guerrero Jr./Aaron Judge; Nathan MacKinnon/Nikita Kucherov/Leon Draisaitl.
The guys close off the show with the weekly segment, "Pick One" where they put up two cards each and subsequently debate which one they rather invest in. The pairs for this week include: Mike Trout 2009 Bowman Chrome Xfractor autograph card /225 vs. Lebron James 2003 Topps Chrome Lebron Xfractor /220; Shohei Ohtani rookie card vs. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. rookie card; iconic vintage baseball cards vs. iconic modern baseball cards.
