Their service provides a single connection to multiple payment technologies and providers globally.Helen shares with us what her role as Head of People encompasses and how she felt compelled to join the Imburse team. She states, "my role sits on that executive level and the rest of my leadership team put as much emphasis on our people as they do on our clients which is really important to me in the role I do." She continues to stress the importance of allowing your people to put their personal lives first.Talking about Imburse's rapid growth plans, Helen emphasises that it's not a "one size fits all" when it comes to hiring world-class talent and that we must be more empathetic to everyone's individual situation. After all, it's not just about growing a business; it's about growing the people that within it.
