On this week's Propulsion Swimming Podcast we are speaking to one of the success stories of this year's International Swimming League season, Canada's Ingrid Wilm!   
After being selected to the LA Current as an undrafted rookie, Ingrid Wilm finished the year as ISL’s 11th-highest scorer point scorer and produced the fastest 100m Backstroke SC time of the year! She was LA’s top female by 50 points, and she was also just three points shy of Tom Shields for the club’s top overall points scorer.  
We talk about her swimming journey so far, how ISL helped her massively with the mental side of the sport, and how she translates the fastest 100m Back SC to the long course format of the pool!
