Description

On this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we speak to the new 100m Breaststroke Scottish Record Holder, KARA HANLON!
Born in Stornoway on the Outer Hebrides, Kara has one of the more unique journeys through age-group swimming. With limited access to a 25m swimming pool, most of her training was undertaken in a 12.5m pool, with very little early morning training, all the way until the age of 18.
Having set a new Scottish Record in the 100m Breaststroke at Long Course BUCS to kick off 2022, she's going to be a name to look out for at the upcoming British Champs along with hopefully being part of the Scottish Swimming team at the 2022 Commonwealth Games this summer!
