Support is also available in the form of work-life balance. Meditation and yoga workshops are available, and freelancers are encouraged to take care of their health. "I think that if I can provide all of those benefits for my freelancers if there is a healthy platform to operate in, I will retain them longer," Alex says. Alex's background is unique too. He left France for the U.S. after high school to pursue a career in marketing.
