Our theme this week is resistance.
Oh, how often we feel resistance.  It’s usually lying underneath all of our most uncomfortable emotions, thoughts and experiences.
When we’re angry, stressed, sad or scared...it’s usually because we’re resisting something.
By looking deeper into our resistance, we can learn a lot about ourselves, and use that wisdom to transcend into a place of peaceful surrender to what is.
