When we set up a manager in the cafe we are not just delegating authority and freeing up some of our time, we are setting up the business for failure or success. All of it boils down to how we manage and lead them in their responsibilities and roles.  Today we are going to explore the basics of managing your managers and cover many aspects that get over looked.
